I am giving 4 stars as I haven’t really… I am giving 4 stars as I haven’t really used the tent just yet but the process of ordering and getting updates about the delivery were great. Also, everything I needed to mount it to my bed rack was included and fit as expected. I am excited to get out of the concrete jungle and put the Alpha II to the test.

Good Job Tuff Stuff I've been very pleased with Tuff Stuff Overland. I placed an order through a social media ad and fully expected to be put in a "block" of orders and shipment to take a significant amount of time. All products were packaged well and shipped in a day or two! I had my complete order at my doorstep in barely a week. I thought that was impressive considering the current commerce situation. I'll definitely be back.

Alpha II Delivery of my tent took a long time, mostly because of port delays caused by COVID-19 impact on labor. The tuff-sfuff team did a great job communicating and providing updates.

Outstanding customer service Outstanding customer service. Had an issue (possibly my own mistake) with my order. Reached out to the crew at Tuff Stuff amd the issie was resolved, corrected amd replacement parts sent out. Couldnt have asked for bettee service

Delayed AND mis-shipped RTT I pre-purchased the Alpha II IN EARLY Jan 2021 with a promised delivery date of Feb. The 1st update on delivery was in fact Feb - the last week! The RTT finally arrived the beginning of Apr 2021. For that, I cancelled 2 trips as a result. The kicker - I was shipped the wrong tent - the Alpha which is larger, heavier and more than I wanted. Herego, the exact reason I ordered the Alpha II. Knowing - after I uncrated, de-pkg'd - that further delays and yet another trip would have to be cancelled, I opted to stick with the Alpha. Have to say I am disappointed.
