Although I have yet to test the product I ordered I don’t foresee any problems with it. The price and shipping time were both very reasonable and I would order from Planet Cyclery again!

Being protected while I protect others... I was in the market for a mountain bike helmet because I am a ski patroller on a mountain that also has a bike patrol. They were offering an open box item at a clearance price in the perfect colors for ski patrol, but I had a first responder discount from another vendor for the same helmet in a different color. I reached out, and they matched the first responder discount so I could patrol in style! They were fast, friendly, updated me, and the helmet came in exactly as described. The pricing and "2-day" Shipping convinced me All my parts showed up and in somewhat of a timely manner. The rear derailleur was not attached to anything inside the box so it was just bouncing around in there which caused a few very small blemishes but nothing that concerned me. This is my first time buying from here and I was just happy to find all the parts I needed. I had already purchased all these parts from Universal cycles (there's a local store for me) but I returned them because of how much better the price was here. I saved $112 dollars which I will be using on more parts. Their selection appears to be great and they have competitive prices.

Excellent customer service and shipping I called for more info on the bottom bracket and someone answered within a couple rings and answered all my questions! I am amazed at the customer services as well as low prices/shipping. I got my package the next day for free living in (Utah Valley).
