GBSo much fun!! I love that there are so many instructive videos on SixThreeZero’s website! Very helpful. It’s a smooth ride with the padded seat. The rear brakes needed adjusting the first few times out, they were either too tight and squeaked when used, or they were too loose and didn’t work. I finally got it adjusted though. This trike has been so much fun and it’s so cute! I have the basket liner and I added a 3” memory foam for my pup, we go everywhere together; she loves the breeze in her face. We get a lot of smiles and everyone loves my “sweet ride!”

GBExceptional customer service! Incredible bikes! As basic as a missing nut/screw is for my Evryjourney 7 speed, I wanted original parts . I called Cora at customer service, requested a screw for the rack, and within a week, a packet was delivered with multiple sized nuts and washers...no charge...free shipping. That's what makes a great company with a great product! The bikes are incredible. My wife and I are in our 70's and we also just got the stepthru ebike. Can't speak enough about getting on and off, the comfort of sitting up straight and the fun having the power assist and using the throttle.

GBThank you Cora from Sixthreezero Since January 5th, 2024, when I started communicating with Cora from Sixthreezero she has been very attentive, knowledgeable, and courteous. Being a fellow customer service representative, she has held my hand till the end! Whatever the inquiry, from January till now, she had an answer or did not mind doing the research to find the answer. During our last email conversation on April 26th, 2024, she went above and beyond, even though it wasn't protocol she was able to get me complementary replacment plastic grip stoppers and I couldn't be more thankful. Thank you so much Cora! She should be leading workshops on customer service because I am a satisfied customer.

GBTrust is important I love the bike! It is a HEAVY bike though so beware 30+#). I reached out to customer service SEVERAL times because I had a part missing and needed some assistance. I assume the 5 month, after purchase contact from the company is why I'm responding AGAIN. I NEVER heard back from them regarding the missing part or the free bell ( I already DID leave a review on Amazon for the free bell). Not happy with the NON COMMUNICATION from sixthreezero but again, the bike is pretty and so far seems a good, solid bicycle.

I bought my bike here and the customer service went above and beyond in resolving any issues I had when I purchased my electric bike. I had definitely recommend this company to anyone who is wanting to buy an electric bike.
