GBGreat product and customer service. I am a big guy and was excited to learn about the Rickshaw Trike. I purchased it and eagerly awaited its delivery. Unfortunately the trike was damaged in shipping. Initially, it looked like only the left rear wheel was bent but it turned out that the axle and potentially the subframe were also bent. Customer Service was wonderful. They quickly sent the new subframe along with new wheels and a replacement disk brake caliper in case that was bent also. I was able to replace everything in an evening and was out riding the next day. It has plenty of power and pedal assist level 2 is about all I need. I have also put three grandkids on the rickshaw seat with me and it has been great to ride again after about 20 years. Thanks SixThreeZero for helping me get back out riding again!

Being a fellow customer service representative, she has held my hand till the end! Whatever the inquiry, from January till now, she had an answer or did not mind doing the research to find the answer. During our last email conversation on April 26th, 2024, she went above and beyond, even though it wasn't protocol she was able to get me complementary replacment plastic grip stoppers and I couldn't be more thankful. Thank you so much Cora! She should be leading workshops on customer service because I am a satisfied customer.

GBOrdered three bikes and they are great! We ordered three bikes for our girls and they are great! Comfortable ride and perfect fit. Received a damaged part and they were willing to replace it right away! Would definitely recommend!

GBExceptional customer service! Incredible bikes! As basic as a missing nut/screw is for my Evryjourney 7 speed, I wanted original parts . I called Cora at customer service, requested a screw for the rack, and within a week, a packet was delivered with multiple sized nuts and washers...no charge...free shipping. That's what makes a great company with a great product! The bikes are incredible. My wife and I are in our 70's and we also just got the stepthru ebike. Can't speak enough about getting on and off, the comfort of sitting up straight and the fun having the power assist and using the throttle.

GBMy battery stopped working not… My battery stopped working not gradually as you would expect but suddenly when I went over a curb as if something became disconnected. I tried another battery and it worked fine. When I contacted Sixthreezero they wouldn't look at it or repair it, at my expense, or replace it. My bike is a year and a half old, hardly old enough to be rendered useless. I was told to go buy a new battery at $500.00. Obviously I'm very disappointed and will never do business with this company again and recommend you buy from a different company.
