A Gift for My Husband This is such a nice bike. First of all it came almost completely assembled so not hard at all to complete the assembly. The frame is so sturdy and the color, (steel blue), is gorgeous! Beautiful paint job and all the parts were in the box. Plus Sixthreezero sent extra nuts and bolts and a tool to assemble...just in case something was missing. My husband will be thrilled. It is a very comfortable riding bike and we will have lots of fun. I had a few questions and emailed the team at Sixthreezero and got immediate responses. Super nice people to deal with. Ordered three bikes and they are great! We ordered three bikes for our girls and they are great! Comfortable ride and perfect fit. Received a damaged part and they were willing to replace it right away! Would definitely recommend!

Better for… This bike was delivered in a timely manner and easy to assemble. The color I ordered was cute and the overall appearance was nice. Unfortunately, the bike was heavier than what I would prefer and the seat made my bum sore even after riding it for a while. I decided to give the bike to my 9 year old cousin. I had definitely recommend this company to anyone who is wanting to buy an electric bike.

Horrible costumer service for any issues Loved the bike! Unfortunately, mine was delivered bent/scratched up and after emailing, sending photos and following up for several months - no one has been able to assist in replacing the part. The continuous response from Marc has been that the part is not available and he does not have an eta for when it’ll be at the warehouse… it’s been one year!! Never again.
