Darren is awesome! *********** Darren is awesome. His customer skills are way past 10 stars. Double it! Give him a raise! He alone kept me to stay as a JensonUSA.com loyal customer. I called 57 times in two days. No response back from the technology to human disconnect at JensonUSA.com number.

Great product received promptly Reviews by others helped me choose the right product. Items I wanted were in stock in my preferred size and color. Items promptly shipped/received and arrived in perfect condition.

Frustrating lack of service Ordered some parts for delivery. Apparently they messed up with the shipping label, got a notification from USPS that it couldn't be delivered and was being returned to sender. Mistakes happen, I understand. I called Jenson to see what could be done and they said I could just buy the parts in person since I would be passing near their warehouse. When I got there, they said I would still have to buy it again via the website. No cell reception, so they pointed me to a laptop. Quickly pulled up the items I needed and turned to ask the guy at the desk how long it would take, and he was gone. He and others were in a room off the lobby. My friend tried waving to then through the window, but they just looked at him and ignored him. Plenty of other places to buy parts that actually want to help you.

Wrong item pictured I ordered Endura bibshorts and got bibtights. The page I ordered from showed the bibshorts. I paid return shipping and waited a week to receive the order until I realized the mistake. I reported the error but after a couple of weeks the correct image was not corrected.

Time XPro10 pedals I found the information on The Jenson USA website to be helpful and accurate. My order was processed and shipped very quickly. I am enjoying riding with the Time XPro10 pedals. They are so much easier to get into than my Look pedals that I rode for 4 years. I had used Time pedals since 1989 but left them because they didn't have float cleats. Now they do.
