GBNot bad for an Online retailer. Bike and pedals arrived on time, as described, and at a more reasonable price point than other places I looked. Bike was well set up, considering it was put into a box and shipped cross country. I've ordered parts fro Jensens before and had a similarly positive experience.

I had to return the last purchased item, and the process was very smooth with the refund posted to my credit card one day after the item was delivered to the company.

GBFrustrating lack of service Ordered some parts for delivery. Apparently they messed up with the shipping label, got a notification from USPS that it couldn't be delivered and was being returned to sender. Mistakes happen, I understand. I called Jenson to see what could be done and they said I could just buy the parts in person since I would be passing near their warehouse. When I got there, they said I would still have to buy it again via the website. No cell reception, so they pointed me to a laptop. Quickly pulled up the items I needed and turned to ask the guy at the desk how long it would take, and he was gone. He and others were in a room off the lobby. My friend tried waving to then through the window, but they just looked at him and ignored him. Plenty of other places to buy parts that actually want to help you.
