Outstanding customer service at Jenson. Jenson has been outstanding to work with through my issues, my bike came delivered on time as expected...only issues were that the left hand grip punched through the shipping box and ruined/ cracked the grip also upon further inspection the rear hub had been assembled wrong and the freehub body didn't spin squarely which made the chain pop off the chain rings on the cassette whenever you backpedalled. I contacted the JensonUSA team and they asked me to take the bike to a local shop to get evaluated. Long story short....they refunded my bill for a new hub and wheel build within 10 hours and also sent me a brand new pair of grips with no questions asked. I look forward to buying my next bike through JensonUSA. They have outstanding customer service 👏 👌 👍 Thanks guys!!

KS seat post oil cartridge came non… KS seat post oil cartridge came non functioning right out of the box. Jeff from customer service texted me and made sure I was taken care of. To my surprise, a replacement was sent overnight. Totally unexpected and gratefully was back in the saddle. Super customer service.
