GBHorrible customer service Horrible customer service. Bought a gift for someone who wears Small-medium, ordered medium. Didn’t fit, zipper broken. Exchange a nightmare, can’t connect with service. Got a large, zipper broken-still too small. Now Fanatics claiming I owe $9.99 for return. Inferior products, DO NOT BUY FROM FANATICS.

GBSCAM SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!! Ordered and was sent tracking to be delivered NOV.30 it arrive (BS) in Smyrna, TN on Nov18 and here it is Dec.1 and still in Smyrna, TN!! Have NO IDEA who the carrier is and customer service just says to wait 2-3 more days....for 8 days they've been telling me this. Thankfully I used PayPal and git my money back.

GBSCAM!!!!… Ordered a present for my husband and paid for expedited shipping. Their tracking is through a app called shop. My item can not be tracked. I asked for a refund. First email they offered a 5% hahaaaaa! Now they are not responding! 83$ thrown away! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM SCAM!

CAExtremely disappointed in them these days I've used them in the past but now I feel like they just take orders and use people's money like interest free credit. It's been since Dec 5th that I ordered 3 items. I call earlier this week and they said I'd recieve an email from UPS with updated tracking since Landmark only transports to customs when coming into Canada. I never recieved an updated tracking and I just called again and now they tell me they will reissue an order for two of the items and a refund for the 3rd because it's now out of stock. It's been o er 2 weeks and I'm just finding this out now??? @Fanatics @Lids - Get it together. You charge good money for the products you sell so give your customers the service they deserve.

GBI ordered a jersey for my husband for… I ordered a jersey for my husband for Christmas on December 14th. It was in stock when I ordered it and it said it would ship by December 21st. I received an email on December 19th (5 days later) stating that my order can no longer be fulfilled as this item is out of stock. I’m not sure why it takes 5 days to tell me something isn’t in stock. Awful experience and now I’m scrambling to find another gift for my husband for Christmas.
