GBWouldn’t change the size on a shirt… Wouldn’t change the size on a shirt !!!!!1111 They sent the a hat with fake size I ordered a 7/78 and I know the size very well . This one is way to small This was a gag gift so we didn't mind that the quality was pretty awful- cheap, thin material, weird sizing. Because we needed it sooner, I went ahead and ordered a size larger. Didn't fit. Material is cheap and ugly and the actual product does not look anything like the pictures on-line. I went on Facebook and did research and I found this help ᵉⁱᵍʰᵗ⁴ᶠⁱᵛᵉ ᶠⁱᵛᵉ ᵗʷᵒ ᵒⁿᵉ𝓈𝑒𝓋𝑒𝓃 𝓉𝓌𝑜 𝒻𝑜𝓊𝓇 𝒻𝒾𝓋𝑒the company admitted that the product was crap it was nothing like in the picture at all the company customer team was very friendly and efficient so much so that the whole process was painless and resolved within an hour I certainly won't be using them again. CHEAP GOODS Would not reccomend Fanatics brand anything.

GBPoor Quality Ordered 3 items by size that fits me. All of them were skin tight too small. I was able to return 2 of them. The 3rd item was custom which is non returnable which was disclosed on the website prior to ordering. Quality of material and printing was poor, cheap. Spent $60 for something I am unable to ware. Lesson learned. I will be sticking with a local sports store moving forward this way I can try items on before ordering.

GBThis place is ruining NFL (and from… This place is ruining NFL (and from what I can tell every sport) merchandise. But I post here for a recent visit to Lids (“a fanatics experience” with the Lids logo) where I no joke saw two obvious DHgate knockoffs (Dak and TJ Watt) HANGING FRONT ROW for sale. I told the clerk and he didn’t know any difference. But I just laughed, that’s fanatics for you. Just absolute trash.

GBReally Really. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Placed a Christmas order for two items. One was returned and that went great....maybe not the worst.....however, the 2nd item is still missing 2/4/21 and you cannot communicate with this company. I worked for over an hour trying to put in the requested info....really?!!! A phone number or a call from a customer service rep would be nice. So, Fanatics just ate my money....and there is nothing I can do about it. It was a Christmas present, so I went to Amazon Prime and ordered another shirt. Not happy about losing the $$$$

DEWhen you order a piece of cloth and its… When you order a piece of cloth and its not as descriped and completely wrong sized so you decided to send it back and it costs you more than half the original price ! , i think there is no need write here more, should i ? Thank Companies like this, i have decided to stop buying clothing online, i will go then in person.
