Not confidence inspiring at all Not confidence inspiring at all. I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering twice. Delivery times are very slow. Ordered 10 days ago and that order hasn't arrived. My order with 3 items got split into 2 separate packages...nobody asked for that. I only have 1 tracking nr. for 1 order in 2 different packages. The tracking for all orders hasn't worked. There is no service email, they tell you to write an essay on some dodgy unprofessional page. Never again.

Really Really. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Placed a Christmas order for two items. One was returned and that went great....maybe not the worst.....however, the 2nd item is still missing 2/4/21 and you cannot communicate with this company. I worked for over an hour trying to put in the requested info....really?!!! A phone number or a call from a customer service rep would be nice. So, Fanatics just ate my money....and there is nothing I can do about it. It was a Christmas present, so I went to Amazon Prime and ordered another shirt. Not happy about losing the $$$$

This one is way to small This was a gag gift so we didn't mind that the quality was pretty awful- cheap, thin material, weird sizing. Because we needed it sooner, I went ahead and ordered a size larger. Didn't fit. Material is cheap and ugly and the actual product does not look anything like the pictures on-line. I went on Facebook and did research and I found this help ᵉⁱᵍʰᵗ⁴ᶠⁱᵛᵉ ᶠⁱᵛᵉ ᵗʷᵒ ᵒⁿᵉ𝓈𝑒𝓋𝑒𝓃 𝓉𝓌𝑜 𝒻𝑜𝓊𝓇 𝒻𝒾𝓋𝑒the company admitted that the product was crap it was nothing like in the picture at all the company customer team was very friendly and efficient so much so that the whole process was painless and resolved within an hour I certainly won't be using them again. CHEAP GOODS Would not reccomend Fanatics brand anything.

When you order a piece of cloth and its… When you order a piece of cloth and its not as descriped and completely wrong sized so you decided to send it back and it costs you more than half the original price ! , i think there is no need write here more, should i ? Thank Companies like this, i have decided to stop buying clothing online, i will go then in person.

Great jersey I ordered a custom carolina hurricanes 🌀 jersey. It was really nice. I love it. Makes me want to go to Raleigh for a game. While I'm there gonna show off the jersey and maybe get some barbecue. Thank you. Go canes!!!!
