Then I ordered a jersey, had it customized and what I received was generic heat transfer letters and numbers. Before today, my items arrived and looked identical to the pictures on the site. Customer Service responded with canned comments. This is the end of my orders with this shop. There’s competitors that will be transparent and let you know if they can’t customize because of stock/availability reasons. For that reason alone, I’m out. Which company would do that? Refused to refund. Avoid. All they do in the negative reviews left - is to "contact" them and blame it on a fake website. Bloody thieves.

Scammers I got an email informing me that my order was on backorder, and when I asked to cancel it, it miraculously got shipped! And each time one different person answers your message ignoring all the previous conversation. Acting dishonestly like this, they keep scamming customers. Don't ever shop there.
