Ordered with no info on shipment I ordered a product over a week and a half ago, and I was told the item would ship immediately as they had it in stock. I have yet to receive a shipment notification. I have called their customer service twice this week and been left on hold for several minutes, ultimately hanging up because no one answered the phone.
