GBFailure to deliver and the chat system… Failure to deliver and the chat system just ignores you. Don't do business with this company, it's a sham and they just put you off endlessly when trying to resolve issues 3-31-24 9:49 am, The reply from Blaux said they contacted me via e-mail. That's untrue, I even checked my spam file, NO REPLY AT ALL!! Blaux contacted me via their chat and told me they had refunded my purchase price. This is true, they have, and I appreciate that they finally responded, so I'm updating this review to reflect that because they couldn't deliver the product they refunded the money. So I thank them for that and I've changed my rating to a middle rating.

GBDo not buy the space heaters - Scam Ordered two space heaters based on the advertisement- paid heaters arrived- they are not fit for purpose and would struggle to heat a cupboard let alone a room Now can’t get any response regarding a return and refund. DO NOT BUY

GBno product received after 3 weeks no product received after 3 weeks. Tried the contact form as i didnt see a phone# to call keeps on going to capcha and doesn’t send. Chat option … 30 mins it said “ To better assist you with your inquiry, I am going to transfer you to a more knowledgeable and experienced customer support representative. Thank you for your patience and understanding.” and magically connection is lost. i tries several times at diff time of the day.

GBThank you Gaia but I think the customer reviews spell out the problems with blaux.blaux customer… Message to Gaia of the blaux customer care, thank you for your response's to my two reviews, but I think their content explains my problems with blaux clearly. The main problem was the lack of any positive response, like so many of your other dissatisfied customers who have also posted Bad reviews on Trustpilot ( 287 score 1.2 out of 5 ). I note you are asking for my Order number so that you can investigate my feedback further, I have already sent the Order number, Shipment ID, Photographs and several emails to your "Customer Support Department" If you ask Noah, Emily and Grace I am sure they will assist you and I would also ask their Manager who they say the problem was escalated to but nothing happened. Please advise why I got a quick response when I involved my Paypal and my Bank ?. ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 15th MAY 2024 THANKS FOR YOUR REPLY GAIA IT ONLY TOOK 8 DAYS!! TYPICAL RESPONSE FROM BLAUX CUSTOMER CARE AGAIN!!. GBImpossible to contact or get a refund to date Order 164457379 The reply I got from Blaux asks for the order number IT IS (AND WAS) WRITTEN ABOVE. FIRST LINE. NO INFO GIVEN AS TO HOW TO RESPOND TO THEM. MORE NONSENSE. Original Comment: We ordered 3 heaters, They arrived with no means of thermostatic control despite ad. We contacted Blaux to return them who sent us a standard letter. When we replied to their letter, we received an 'address not found' Address was to their support services the reply had come from We tried to follow up through their website contact details. No response. Tried again. No response. We have raised a dispute with American Express. Date of experience is the first one I kept a copy of. Why is this company allowed to scam UK buyers? their address is San Diego!
