Arrived today & not impressed Arrived today & not impressed. Had heater on an hour in my room, temperature in room only went to 16°C. I d like a full refund as it does not heat quickly as stated but company wants me to cover costs of returning; paid shipping costs already for it to get here, £ 8 something.

The main problem was the lack of any positive response, like so many of your other dissatisfied customers who have also posted Bad reviews on Trustpilot ( 287 score 1.2 out of 5 ). I note you are asking for my Order number so that you can investigate my feedback further, I have already sent the Order number, Shipment ID, Photographs and several emails to your "Customer Support Department" If you ask Noah, Emily and Grace I am sure they will assist you and I would also ask their Manager who they say the problem was escalated to but nothing happened. Impossible to contact or get a refund to date Order 164457379 The reply I got from Blaux asks for the order number IT IS (AND WAS) WRITTEN ABOVE. FIRST LINE. NO INFO GIVEN AS TO HOW TO RESPOND TO THEM. MORE NONSENSE. Original Comment: We ordered 3 heaters, They arrived with no means of thermostatic control despite ad. We contacted Blaux to return them who sent us a standard letter. When we replied to their letter, we received an 'address not found' Address was to their support services the reply had come from We tried to follow up through their website contact details. No response. Tried again. No response. We have raised a dispute with American Express. Date of experience is the first one I kept a copy of. Why is this company allowed to scam UK buyers? their address is San Diego!

I ordered a bidet on February 6 I ordered a bidet on February 6, 2024. I’m still waiting. they don’t answer email and they don’t call back when you try to call them. They do charge your card immediately. SCAM! Update: I contacted the Better Business Bureau and I finally got a refund. I still have not received a phone call or email from these people. Second update: You all can see the response I got from the bot known as Gaia. There is no email from them, and yes I checked my spam folder. Clearly their response reveals that they did not read or understand my review. Shame on these people!
