GBHighly concerned about my InfiniKloud order I want to get a new phone and laptop so thought this product would be ideal to do all the transferring of files and photos. I sent my money early November and have received nothing despite my constant emails of concern other than a standard email to confirm Customer Service will look in to it. I am so annoyed and feel I've been scammed. I requested a refund in December as urgently need a gadget like this but cant afford another one until this is refunded. Very very disappointed. AUNever Received - No Refund Item was ordered and charged on 9 January. I have written many, many times. COVID is a standard excuse. Tracking numbers provided are not recognised by DHL, or alleged ongoing postal provider. It is 18 March - this item is not coming it seems & refund request is ignored. Does this company even exist? Reading other reviews, I question that. Sadly, the money for this was a Christmas gift from my son. Shameful. UPDATE: I have received a response asking me to help the company understand where things went wrong by contacting their 24/7 customer service people. How difficult is it to understand that I paid for an item that I have never received, have been given false tracking information (I doubt that the item has ever been shipped), and that I have been in contact with them countless times over the past 2 1/2 months. What a waste of time. Do Not Order anything from infiniteKloud.

GBA support team of "deception artist" No wonder Trustpilot rates Infinitikloud 11/2 stars out 5. My rating would be "zero" stars. I ordered the item in early December 2021. After waiting an exorbitant amount of time to receive the product, I decided to return it, unopened, in its original packaging, and within their return policy guidelines. The company apologized... and sent me info to return the item. To date, 8/3/2022, I have yet to realize a refund on the product. Email after email apologizing for the delay and inconvenience, the "support team" has not informed me of any potential refund of my money. In my view, Infinitikloud does not advance market trust where buyers and sellers can trust each other.... Charles Harden

AUBeware Infinitikloud!! Infinitikloud do not make it clear that the prices are in US dollars. Even though you've chosen the Australian website. I ordered 2 of tgere 128GB units on 13-05-20. I received a confirmation of order showing a higher price (AU$'s) I tried to query this at the support email address, no answer. The confirmation email said I'd get a tracking number next, never came! I tried the Sydney phone number several times, always goes to voicemail. They office address is in Hong Kong!! I've now reported to ACCC. Almost 8 weeks now. I've received items from USA and UK quicker during the Covid-19 crisis. No excuses. It looks like a major scam to me. Please investigate.

AUScam alert This is a scam. Ordered 82 days ago with the promise of 5-7 day delivery. Overcharged. Called, emailed, messaged and I keep getting told it's in transit, and I can send back for a refund after I receive it. Have received 3 completely different shipping tracking advices. They have different and impossible tracking information. Somehow it got from Sydney to the UK in less than 12 hours! A different name - probably the same scammer - replies to each message. Excuses excuses but no action. Stay away people.
