GBI purchased the device and SD card…… I purchase the device and SD card… tried to register an email and got the message that I (email address) has requested to DELETE the email. Bs. Never used, never was able to use SCAMSCAMSCAM!!!!

NZDo NOT hand money to this company Do NOT hand money to this company. FRAUDULENT! Paid $130 in full 6 March. No product received. 16 weeks!! Every email has generic ‘COVID is delaying deliveries...’ but I ordered a rug from Italy just 10 days ago and long delivered. No personal response. No customer support. Info at infinitikloudofficial dot com does not exist - contact for their NZ operation. FRAUDULENT! Do not hand over money!

GB***UPDATE*** Concerns addressed.****I should have realized it was to good… ***** UPDATE******I did receive my order and it all looks good. Thank you for addressing my concerns and following up so promptly! ************ I should have realized it was to good to be true. I was charged 2x because the order was taken without my address being put in. (should be a clue) I entered my address and attempted to correct my order but it charged me again. I thought since my address wasn't complete it would NOT have allowed the order to proceed, like legitimate websites and companies. It also locks on to the 'great deal' for another stick and can't get by that page except by clicking to purchase. It is messed up.

GBHighly concerned about my InfiniKloud order I want to get a new phone and laptop so thought this product would be ideal to do all the transferring of files and photos. I sent my money early November and have received nothing despite my constant emails of concern other than a standard email to confirm Customer Service will look in to it. I am so annoyed and feel I've been scammed. I requested a refund in December as urgently need a gadget like this but cant afford another one until this is refunded. Very very disappointed. GBSERIOUS LIMITATIONS I’m sheltered so bought this so that my carer can work on cataloging my photos remotely. Firstly,I couldn’t find any activation code. Apparently, it’s the same as my Order No, but I don’t have that anywhere. I’m an artist many of my photos are High resolution Tiffs or Photoshop. Now I learn that the device does not copy either of these. Furthermore, although it copies all other photos - eg jpegs - it replaces the titles with gobbledygook! Very disappointed .
