GBHighly concerned about my InfiniKloud order I want to get a new phone and laptop so thought this product would be ideal to do all the transferring of files and photos. I sent my money early November and have received nothing despite my constant emails of concern other than a standard email to confirm Customer Service will look in to it. I am so annoyed and feel I've been scammed. I requested a refund in December as urgently need a gadget like this but cant afford another one until this is refunded. Very very disappointed. AUDespite all the negative reviews Despite all the negative reviews, my devices arrived today and they are brilliant! i can understand the problems with COVID 19, but that does not call for all the claims of SCAM. Yes, I had a long wait, but the device eventually arrived, and I am happy. Thank you Infinitekloud. KEITH.

GBInfinitikloud-Avoid like the Plague I continue to receive what appear to be automated replies apologising for the delay. I have requested a refund.... again no action. I have requested a telephone number to contact but again......nothing. I do receive offers of goods at 50% discount but no idiot would go for that throwing good money after bad. The "Support" help is rubbish. Surely I have a right to a full refund. So what about it Infiniti?

AUBuy the Photo Stick⦠We were going to buy a Photo stick unit, but after reading the reviews from Pc Magazines we decided to get this I/Kloud...BIG mistake, took ages to get here (Australia) then could not get it to work, no activation code supplied, contacted their support & received code, PC said ready to use, but can't open it no matter what I do, have spent hrs trying to get it to work ! but have given up, should have got the Photo Stick, the support people have replied to all my e mails, but I don't think the product is any good.

AUNever Received - No Refund Item was ordered and charged on 9 January. I have written many, many times. COVID is a standard excuse. Tracking numbers provided are not recognised by DHL, or alleged ongoing postal provider. It is 18 March - this item is not coming it seems & refund request is ignored. Does this company even exist? Reading other reviews, I question that. Sadly, the money for this was a Christmas gift from my son. Shameful. UPDATE: I have received a response asking me to help the company understand where things went wrong by contacting their 24/7 customer service people. How difficult is it to understand that I paid for an item that I have never received, have been given false tracking information (I doubt that the item has ever been shipped), and that I have been in contact with them countless times over the past 2 1/2 months. What a waste of time. Do Not Order anything from infiniteKloud.
