Yeah I paid for express shipping and was told UPS delivers so it should be here by today the 13th. 2days ago My daughter called a she said their original method of delivery had changed she didn’t know why, so there taking longer 😑 I pray it’s here and everyone else waiting gets theirs to. Not good business practices, and girlfriend working the shop. you should be honest with delivery times, makes you look flaky and unprofessional, Don’t go down for your owners, not worth it. The dress exceeded my Expectations The dress exceeded my Expectations. Also the delivery was right on time. I’m 7 months pregnant and was easy to put on over my head, and adjust to tie the back. The length was perfect and flowy for my maternity photos. Also happy because it’s elegant enough for any special occasions I’ll have post birth!

I ordered a bridesmaid dress from… I ordered a bridesmaid dress from fariesty and apparently it got delivered but I never received it so I contacted customer service and they didn’t do anything about it. All they said was it said it was delivered and they were going to check with the post office but they never got back to me about anything else. I’ve never ordered from here and I’m really disappointed because I’m on a budget as is for this wedding and now I’m out of a dress when I really depended on this. My roommate was home so no way it was delivered to the door and I came home an hour after I got the notification it was “delivered” to check my apartment mail box and nothing was in there so the post office man definitely put it in the wrong mail box. It just shows they only care about the money and don’t refund or send you something new when something wrong happens. I never write bad reviews but I’m extremely upset about this and want to give a warning to everyone.

I ordered my dress on 4/16/2024 and it is still unfullfilled. I'm disputing with my credit card company. If I could give less than one star I would. Save yourself the hastle do not order from this company!!!
