Almost a month to actually ship product and only shipped after trying to cancel order. After waiting weeks with no shipping info, I emailed them through their website at the service email shown on the website. Still have not received a response to date. Emailed info address also on website. Still no response to date. Googles a phone number but could only find the number for a storefront in California. Called and spoke with someone to find out where our order was and to cancel since it won't arrive in time for the event it was ordered for. Within hours, I received an email that it just shipped...FROM CHINA! I sent at least four emails and text messages (as directed through the Shop App) to find out status and when after a week of no response, attempted to cancel the order. Only then did they ship. We had to buy something else from another source.

HORRIBLE I placed an order for my birthday and the 2 outfits came in a reasonable amount of time but neither quite fit me right. I understand their return policy is store credit only which is fine but there is no return address or label that comes with the package. You need to pay for the shipping and put the label on yourself. Also fine… IF I was able to get ahold of anyone to know what the address is to ship it back to. I have sent multiple emails to their customer service, called with no answer and a “full mailbox” and tried the chat that says “we are experiencing high volume, we’ll get back to you” and never do. This is extremely frustrating especially because I spent over $200 on clothes I will never wear. I should have done my research on this company before buying. TERRIBLE customer service, DON’T order from here

The dress was even more beautiful than… The dress was even more beautiful than I expected in person and great quality. I'm a shortie (5'4") so it was a little long even with heels, but otherwise fit beautifully, and the waist tie band allowed it to be flattering and comfortable! so many ladies at the wedding wanted the scoop on where it was from!

Avoid this company PLEASE! Worst decision ever! I bought a dress from this company, a black and gold sequin dress, back in November 2023. The dress was not as advertised; it looked cheap, had horrible material, and did not fit. $139, and it should not be more than $30. I contacted the company, and after multiple attempts, they sent me an address to return the dress and pay my return fee. I returned this dress through the post office on 12/11/2023. I bought it through Affirm and was surprised when Affirm claimed they had not been paid. I told them I returned the dress, and they told me to contact the merchant. This company will not respond to messages via the "Contact Us" page. So, I went to the BBB, who could not find the company or even elicit a response from them. I sent them another message. I want this company to send my money back, and I will file a claim in small claims court against them.

I ordered my dress on 4/16/2024 and it is still unfullfilled. I'm disputing with my credit card company. If I could give less than one star I would. Save yourself the hastle do not order from this company!!!
