GB10/10 would recommend Had issues originally receiving the package but Dallas with Customer support was very helpful with a response within the day. Through the protection plan, they were able to resolve the issue. The product itself was amazing! We had the XL Camp Out Box. Definitely worth the price and the protection plan. This set has quickly become our favorite!

GBI’ve had issues with this company.. I’ve had issues with this company before where I bought something that didn’t work immediately. I put that aside bc I loved the pipe style vape battery so much. It lasts longer than any vape battery so I ordered two more. Received a tampered package (not hempers fault) but it took them over a month to finally send me a replacement. When I got the replacements they weren’t the style I recall ordering and also the battery doesn’t work with most of the cartridges I try. Not spending any more money here. Go elsewhere.

GB30 days since placing my order and still haven’t received it. I placed an order 2 November and still have not received, it’s 2 December today. I have reached out to this company twice and have gotten no help and no information on when my order will be shipped. Apparently, they don’t ship all of their products themselves and rely on other shipping companies to do that but they don’t tell you that when you purchase and also have done nothing to find out why my item hasn’t been shipped to me yet. It’s been 30 days since placing my order and no delivery. Terrible customer service.
