GBI’ve had issues with this company.. I’ve had issues with this company before where I bought something that didn’t work immediately. I put that aside bc I loved the pipe style vape battery so much. It lasts longer than any vape battery so I ordered two more. Received a tampered package (not hempers fault) but it took them over a month to finally send me a replacement. When I got the replacements they weren’t the style I recall ordering and also the battery doesn’t work with most of the cartridges I try. Not spending any more money here. Go elsewhere.

GBBroken product? No problem I've been a member for the past 8 months. I was thinking of canceling our pausing my membership. And then when my last box came my bong was broken. I reached out to customer support and sent a picture in an email. Never got a response just a replacement already being sent out before I got a reply. That service and common sense to not even have to go back & forth was amazing. I look forward to using my bong when it arrives and I'm ready for next month's box is goodies already.

GBUnhelpful and passive aggressive at best Unhelpful and passive aggressive at best. When asked for help with a obvious refund was unable to support my request in any way and was generally about as frustrating as talking to a wall.

GBMy package has been delayed for quite… My package has been delayed for quite some time now. I reached out to customer service and Dallas was quick to help out. Package still hasn’t gotten to me but I look forward to it getting here.
