GBBroken product? No problem I've been a member for the past 8 months. I was thinking of canceling our pausing my membership. And then when my last box came my bong was broken. I reached out to customer support and sent a picture in an email. Never got a response just a replacement already being sent out before I got a reply. That service and common sense to not even have to go back & forth was amazing. I look forward to using my bong when it arrives and I'm ready for next month's box is goodies already.

GBgreat quality & great customer service This has been one of my favorite websites to shop at, sometimes online shopping isn’t always a great experience, but Hemper has not let me down. I’ve been shopping since 2019, and I have tried other places, but nothing compares to the experience and the customer service you get with them. My favorite thing about Hemper is the customer service. They have such an amazing team that clearly cares and makes an effort to help. I highly recommend trying them out.

GBMy package has been delayed for quite… My package has been delayed for quite some time now. I reached out to customer service and Dallas was quick to help out. Package still hasn’t gotten to me but I look forward to it getting here.

GBA waste of time Ordered Dec 5 wrong item sent I wanted to return or replace I'm still waiting 30 days later with zero resolution it should not take 30 day Horrible customer service any call I made was hung up on with promises of a call back never happened I WAS a regular customer of Hemper not anymore if this is how its handled I'm disgusted. Save your time and money go elsewhere.

GB30 days since placing my order and still haven’t received it. I placed an order 2 November and still have not received, it’s 2 December today. I have reached out to this company twice and have gotten no help and no information on when my order will be shipped. Apparently, they don’t ship all of their products themselves and rely on other shipping companies to do that but they don’t tell you that when you purchase and also have done nothing to find out why my item hasn’t been shipped to me yet. It’s been 30 days since placing my order and no delivery. Terrible customer service.
