All they did was send me links to videos I've already watched. My propage has been down for almost 2 weeks and it says Im trying to steal my customer info. Beatsars needs a customer support phone number, this email back & forth and leaving reviews is ineffective and is terrible time management.

Consider all options before committing only to BeatStars. Rude support! For the most part, I like the platform. You can't delete old coupons or players. I've never been on a platform that does not allow me to remove old elements. Good business but super cluttery and becomes very clunky. The new browser beatstars studio is bulky, clunky, and feels like a step back to early 2000's website design. With every great feature added; there are several practical features missings that more dedicated ecom platforms include. Customer support is iffy. Depends who responds on the quality of the service. //UPDATE BeatStars support is rude. Talk to people as if they think they are smarter, and we're stupid for reaching out.

Beatstars has helped me as a producer… Beatstars has helped me as a producer because the platform not only allows you to sell beats but they provide you the necessary tools and education to succeed as a producer on and off the platform. The beatstars community has taken the time to put out info and tutorials to help people like me who had no idea how to start. If you want to be a better producer and start an online business selling beats but have no direction at all, beatstars would be the first place to start. Thanks, elhi music
