I have been waiting on a refund now for… I have been waiting on a refund now for several days. After initially communicating with a team member on January 3rd, I've tried reaching out multiple times and now no one is answering.

Beatstars will screw you instead of fixing their errors A bug on Beatstars deleted my personal information and caused 4 licenses that I paid for to be defective. Support would not do anything. I suggest to anyone buying through Beatstars that they instead contact the producer personally and cut out the middle man. The producer gets a better cut, and Beatstars customer service is useless anyway. The fact that this came just after they increased fees is even more ridiculous. Don't give these people your business.
