GBMy time with BeatStars so far has been… My time with BeatStars so far has been awesome. I now have my own website / beatstore with merch and things that I never imagined I would have a couple years ago. I've been blessed to network, collaborate, and make friends with some dope artists and producers around the world. Also can't forget to mention the great support team and the consistent opportunities that BeatStars provides are very helpful. Highly recommend! 5 stars hands down no question! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

GBThey are literally scrambling to find… They are literally scrambling to find someone to give my royalties to. Its the weirdest thing to make the claim that I don't have the rights to use beats because they cant trace the purchase. I hold my songs for 5 years before releasing them. Soundcloud is the proof that its all mine. But instead of paying me they are searching for some imaginary producer that Ive supposedly wronged. I am the producer!!! GBBeatstars will screw you instead of fixing their errors A bug on Beatstars deleted my personal information and caused 4 licenses that I paid for to be defective. Support would not do anything. I suggest to anyone buying through Beatstars that they instead contact the producer personally and cut out the middle man. The producer gets a better cut, and Beatstars customer service is useless anyway. The fact that this came just after they increased fees is even more ridiculous. Don't give these people your business.

GBConsider all options before committing only to BeatStars. Rude support! For the most part, I like the platform. You can't delete old coupons or players. I've never been on a platform that does not allow me to remove old elements. Good business but super cluttery and becomes very clunky. The new browser beatstars studio is bulky, clunky, and feels like a step back to early 2000's website design. With every great feature added; there are several practical features missings that more dedicated ecom platforms include. Customer support is iffy. Depends who responds on the quality of the service. //UPDATE BeatStars support is rude. Talk to people as if they think they are smarter, and we're stupid for reaching out.
