First experience was great First experience was great. Now same as everyone else. They charged me and won’t respond to calls or emails. Not sure if someone died over there or what. Super sucks! I hope they can resolve soon

Placed order on 2/16/18 Placed order on 2/16/18. Called twice never spoke to a person had to leave messages. No call back it is now 3/9/18 received email that my order was shipped and I should receive it in 3 days. Very poor customer service.

I am having issues getting my order I am having issues getting my order. I specifically posted where I needed my package to be sent. I have yet to receive my package because it was shipped to the wrong address. Customer service was very helpful, I give them that. But I am upset because I need my order and I may not get it in time for what I need it for!!! If the problem gets rectified and I get my order soon I will change my review but as of now I am very upset.
