GBJust the fact that Abunda doesn't have… Just the fact that Abunda doesn't have a direct customer service representative for even a couple hours out of the day is enough for me to cancel the order through Acima. Wish their shipping debacle was better, and probably would have kept the lease. Anyway found another platform that is not as expensive to finance so I guess everything does happen for a reason.

GBHere's my thing no update about an… Here's my thing no update about an order and telling me you're waiting to hear from the warehouse. From reviews you take the money and then you cancel the order for a ps5 and now we have to wait 7 days to get the money back while it took you 7 seconds to take money on a product you couldn't get and youve berm canceling those orders and having problems getting them out but yet yiu still having it posted on your website like you can get it and ship it by said date. How about the lies stop when it comes to the ps5 and stop taking money before hand if you can't guarantee it. People pay for a service or item, not for the possibility of maybe getting the product. GBI got 3 items from Abunda and the items… I got 3 items from Abunda and the items cam fast, the payment plans are fair. I had to return the Lenovo laptop after contacting the manufacturer because it was a screen issue right out the box...and abunda honored the return, and communicated with me through email and refunded my payment for the 3rd party laptop. They have good customer service and I would order from them again once I pay off the items I have

GBWas a little cautious at first Was a little cautious at first, But once I got started my fears went away, this is not one of those companies that don’t live up to their promises, I made my purchase and after a week I received my product. And they give you so many options on purchases, Abunda has I life long customer with me and I recommend them highly.

GBFirst time user of Abunda. I ordered an Oculus quest 2 with Custom Carrying case and Elite Strap. There seemed to be a disconnect between what they advertised as arrival time and when it would actually be arriving. I spoke to Cassie (Customer Support) through Chat. Cassie was courteous and friendly. She answered all my questions and set my concerns at ease. I would definitely use Abunda again.
