From reviews you take the money and then you cancel the order for a ps5 and now we have to wait 7 days to get the money back while it took you 7 seconds to take money on a product you couldn't get and youve berm canceling those orders and having problems getting them out but yet yiu still having it posted on your website like you can get it and ship it by said date. How about the lies stop when it comes to the ps5 and stop taking money before hand if you can't guarantee it. People pay for a service or item, not for the possibility of maybe getting the product. I am so glad that I had Cassie as my support in the past few weeks. This gal deserves a raise! Thank you again Cassie for assisting me and my family during this equipment issue. You made my daughter go from a frown to a huge smile and gave her some hope in her travels back and forth to school daily. Great Customer service I bought a nice recliner from Abunda. After about 6 months I started having trouble with it. Worst problem was the motor stopped that makes the chair go up and down. I contacted Abunda not expecting much but their customer service department got right on it and reached out the to manufacturer. Bottom line, they sent me another brand new recliner at no cost. You just don't see this kind of support much any more but Abunda has it. Thanks.
