Highly recommended! First time user of BAB and I received my Logitech MX Mini in US layout today. Very nice service at a decent price, effortless ordering system, frequent updates, really fast shipping, friendly customer service. I need some things from the US from time to time but it has always been a real pain to be able to get them here. I will no longer be searching for those things on eBay or Amazon anymore but will simply order straight from BAB in the future. Highly recommended!

I was worried after a recent eBay purchase went sour trying to buy the same Miku pro baby monitor and as a result spent a lot of time reading Big Apple Buddy reviews online. I can attest these guys offer a fantastic service. From the moment I purchased the process was quick, smooth and nothing but professional. I highly recommend Big Apple Buddy. Great concept and excellent customer service I ordered a pixel 6 for shipping to Denmark, and had a nice back and forth with their customer service regarding the lead time from best buy. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel the order, and having used traditional mail forwarders in the past I was worried this would be a huge hassle. Not so with these guys! Very helpful and speedy handling of refund minus a service and card fee which makes sense (during the weekend no less). Looking forward to buying stuff from them the future and not deal with old school mail forwarders again!

Absolutely perfect Absolutely perfect Not necessarily a simple situation: delivery of a product from the USA to France, not imported by the manufacturer. The delivery was impeccable and what can I say about the customer service... There was a glitch during delivery and the customer service was way above the standards of customer services we know in France. Listening, caring, active, reactive... I'm impressed and I'll definitely call on them for my next import if the product is in the catalog! A huge thank you to the whole team!

Broken Item Delivered and Terrible After Service Purchased a google nest bell (2 Gen). Never worked. They offered a replacement but I had to return at my own cost and then pay the cost of the delivery of the replacement. That would have been over $150, so I’m stuck with a new broken bell!! Gangsters! Stay away.
