I was worried after a recent eBay purchase went sour trying to buy the same Miku pro baby monitor and as a result spent a lot of time reading Big Apple Buddy reviews online. I can attest these guys offer a fantastic service. From the moment I purchased the process was quick, smooth and nothing but professional. I highly recommend Big Apple Buddy. I will definitely engage their services again if I need products from the USA. Great concept and excellent customer service I ordered a pixel 6 for shipping to Denmark, and had a nice back and forth with their customer service regarding the lead time from best buy. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel the order, and having used traditional mail forwarders in the past I was worried this would be a huge hassle. Not so with these guys! Very helpful and speedy handling of refund minus a service and card fee which makes sense (during the weekend no less). Looking forward to buying stuff from them the future and not deal with old school mail forwarders again!

The laptop arrived within the quoted timeframe (approx 10 days) and I saved around $700 Australian, after all costs including freight and import duties. The overall experience was seamless with company being easy to use and maintained contact and communication at all times. Totally recommend this company.

First Class Service, what a great little company! Phillis, the founder kept in touch with me through the whole process when I had any queries. I ordered a pair of Beats Fit Pro which are not released in the UK till sometime in 2022 - ordered on a Friday and they arrived 10 days later via FEDEX. I cannot fault the service, and yes you do pay a slight premium due to import tax etc but come on, it's way cheaper than flying to the US right! I would definitely use them again and cannot recommend them enough.
