Great service, great product! I bought a pair of Under Armour Charged Impulse 2 Women's trainers and they arrived promptly (even with covid shipping delays in Australia!) and packed securely. Great range of trainers and would shop at Big Apple Buddy again. Follow up email and tracking of delivery was great. Being an Australian customer, I would recommend buying from BAB if you don’t live in the US.

Great service for that one item that you absolutely must have I was looking for a Tumi backpack which Tumi does not sell in Europe. But through Big Apple Buddy I was able to buy it and it was delivered in excellent condition through FedEx. Luckily the bag itself was being sold at a hefty discount because the handling and shipping costs are not cheap. Of course, that's the price for ordering overseas and they are clearly mentioned upfront on their site before you order. I knew what I was getting into.
