The product didn’t work for my dogs so… The product didn’t work for my dogs so I tried to cancel and they just keep sending the product and there is no way to call them and they do not respond to my emails telling them to cancel. This has been the worst experience ever. I’m guessing that they are scammers!!

I should have done more research on… I should have done more research on this company before ordering. I didn't order that long ago but can't get a response out of them regarding shipping. Also noticed on other reviews that they keep sending and charging for other things. I will be contacting my credit union to have all charges from this company blocked. I have very little faith that I will receive my dog beds. May see if I can file a claim to get my money back through Visa

Scam My choose choose about After a few weeks I sent an email to the company. Got no response another week. Later I sent another email and I got a response. That said, they were out of production and I would be receiving them soon. I sent another email after 4 weeks asking for a refund. No response from the company whatsoever. I'm concerned that this is a scheme. And I have ordered from a different company. This company has terrible customer service. There is no way you can contact a person to speak to it. All has to go through emails. Please be careful not to use this company.6 weeks ago

So wrong! I ordered 2 jars of a product from them... they sent 1 jar and charged for 2 with no explanation. Their toll free # does not work. I sent multiple emails to their "support team" with no response. Then, they billed my credit card a third time! It's called Fraud.
