Although I did initially have a hard time getting in contact with the team. They have know been responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance.

GBI have 3 big dogs and the oldest has… I have 3 big dogs and the oldest has major separation anxiety while my youngest has arthritis and these chews were the best find! Everyone is happy, pain free and much calmer! They work so well I bought another bottle and told my co-worker.

GBLucky to have found Medipups My dog Lucky has been struggling with separation anxiety when I’m away at work during the day. I tried lots of recommendations but nothing seemed to help. Thankfully my friend Roberto gave me a calming chew to try and it worked great. No more destructive behavior while I’m at the office. I’ve ordered multiple times since then and haven’t had any issues, thanks medipups.

GBI wish I could have left zero stars I wish I could have left zero stars! Ordered a jar on March 13th. Have sent numberous emails inquiring about my order. No response. Tried to call but phone # is not valid. What a scam company!

GB0 customer service, no reply, #out of service Immediately emailed after I made an incorrect order to cancel it and get it refunded, I've sent maybe 10 emails and no one has responded. The "number" on their website doesn't work & is out of service. At this rate I will be receiving the items in the mail because they can't be bothered to respond to my email. I'll remove my reviews on here, the Better Business Bureau & Scamadvisor if someone actually makes this right but as of now I will be contacting my card company if I don't hear from them within the next four days. UPDATE: after editing to say I would remove my reviews if contacted by them, I was emailed saying they could cancel my order and refund the money. This was days ago. For some reason they sent this email, without cancelling my order. Just now I got an email saying my order has been shipped out. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. It's as if they are just lying to people at this point to placate them. I also emailed them under another email address asking for assistance with paying for an order, guess who responded immediately. Hmm. Not as backed up as they claim to be as long as it comes to taking your money. They are obviously selectively responding to emails. Why are you still taking orders if you are so backed up you can't handle a simple cancellation in two weeks time? Until I see the refund, this, as well as my other reviews are staying up. Until further notice, everyone should treat this company as if it is a scam.
