SCAM!!!!!! SCAM!!!!!!! I ORDERED 2 BEDS IN AUGUST STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN THEM. SENT A TOTAL OF 40 EMAILS ABD GET THE SAME EMAILS BACK - GIVE OR TAKE A FEW CHANGED WORDS. THEY PREY ON INNOCENT PEOPLE WHO LOVE THEIR DOGS AND ONLY WANT THE BEST FOR THEM, THEN TAKE THEIR MONEY AND DON'T SEND THEM WHAT THEY ORDERED. I'VE CONTACTED THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND THE ATTORNEY GENERAL IN LAS VEGAS - DON'T KNOW IF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL WILL DO ANYTHING BUT THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!!!

The product didn’t work for my dogs so… The product didn’t work for my dogs so I tried to cancel and they just keep sending the product and there is no way to call them and they do not respond to my emails telling them to cancel. This has been the worst experience ever. I’m guessing that they are scammers!!

Scam My choose choose about After a few weeks I sent an email to the company. Got no response another week. Later I sent another email and I got a response. That said, they were out of production and I would be receiving them soon. I sent another email after 4 weeks asking for a refund. No response from the company whatsoever. I'm concerned that this is a scheme. And I have ordered from a different company. This company has terrible customer service. There is no way you can contact a person to speak to it.
