GBI am Disappointed in its lack of… I am Disappointed in its lack of brightness. I expected more light to come from the mirror as with its competitors. I planned on installing a dimmer switch to control the mirror lighting but it’s so dim at full power it’s not necessary. Won’t buy again. I’ll be purchasing a different brand for my clients main bath remodel instead of these, which is a shame as I need 3.

GBDissapointing customer service on returns I love the mirrors but the return policy is awful. I accidently ordered the wrong mirror still in BOXES and IB Mirror would charge me an arm and a leg to return it so I won't be using them again.

GBGreat Customer Service experience I ordered two towel warmers and 3 LED mirrors. The ordering process was simple, customer service response was personal and immediate, and product shipped promptly and securely. My project is a new build so haven't installed yet but know that I will be completely thrilled. My experience with IBMirror has been wonderful so far. I know that if I have any issue once I break into the pallet, I can count on their customer service to help make it right. But I'm counting on NO issues :)

GBPoorly mfg and poorly supported I renovated a bathroom 2 years ago and the contractor installed a Harmony backlit mirror. It no longer lights up. The support department will not help you if you don't have the order number from the original purchase. I did not ask for warranty support or anything for free. I merely wanted the manual so that I could repair it. Support is worthless, warranty is worthless. Suggest purchasing from a reputable vendor.
