GBPoorly mfg and poorly supported I renovated a bathroom 2 years ago and the contractor installed a Harmony backlit mirror. It no longer lights up. The support department will not help you if you don't have the order number from the original purchase. I did not ask for warranty support or anything for free. I merely wanted the manual so that I could repair it. Support is worthless, warranty is worthless. Suggest purchasing from a reputable vendor.

GBLow light level The light level of the mirror backlighting is too low, especially based on the price, which is much higher than competitors. It also leaves light gaps at the corners.

GBDissapointing customer service on returns I love the mirrors but the return policy is awful. I accidently ordered the wrong mirror still in BOXES and IB Mirror would charge me an arm and a leg to return it so I won't be using them again.

GBPerfect shipment We received the mirror in perfect condition. It was packed very well. We haven’t installed it yet because it is for a new house we are building but so far so good.
