Perfect shipment We received the mirror in perfect condition. It was packed very well. We haven’t installed it yet because it is for a new house we are building but so far so good.

Poor quality lighting and remote function. Ordered two identical mirrors for bathroom. The operating instructions for the remote were absolutely useless. After many minutes of tackling the poorly designed remote, it became obvious that the white light coming from the two mirrors are vastly different regardless of setting, and one of the mirrors simply turns itself on and off every few minutes. We bought mirrors from this company for another house and had no issues. These mirrors are junk! I’m hoping I can return them as they are unusable as is.

Great product. Great experience. We received our order promptly. Our delicate mirror was well packaged and in perfect condition. Our builder installed it without mishap. We had a question on dimming the light which was immediately answered and it works great. 5 stars out of stars.

Excellent so far We purchased two original ovals and one original round. We prefer backlit mirrors. Arrived on time as promised, well packaged and in excellent condition. Our contractors found them easy to mount and hook up. Color temp and CRI appear as advertised.

Low light level The light level of the mirror backlighting is too low, especially based on the price, which is much higher than competitors. It also leaves light gaps at the corners.
