Memorial pendant REPLACED I ordered a memorial pendant for my Mom, that she previously ordered which she cherished never taking it off and it was lost. She was crushed. So decided to replace it... had it sent directly to her she was not only surprised but loved it. It was a picture of my Dad and her and he has passed away So I am happy she was able to get another pendant to show her Love for my Dad.

Very disappointed Very disappointed - I purchased a 14k gold bracelet with turquoise enamel evil eyes as a Christmas gift for my daughter. Two months later the enamel has completely worn off. Bayan Jewelry will not exchange it, as it's beyond their 30 day return policy. A $300 bracelet should last more than two months and this company should back its product.

Quality products I ordered 1 14k herringbone bracelet (4mm) and 14k herringbone 16in necklace (4mm), they are very good quality and it came with complimentary boxes. Shipping was fast too. I’m very happy with my purchase.

I am very disappointed from my order I… I am very disappointed from my order I got scammed - 1st I order 14k gold bracelet for my boyfriend as Valentine gift , they charged me 400$ and cancelled my order .. they claim I’ll get refund but it has been more than 10 days I didn’t get any refund - but I trusted them and place another order with my mother card and they charged 400 $ nd then email me next day that my order has been cancelled again - they charged total 800$ and I didn’t get any parcel neither I get refund
