Very disappointed Very disappointed - I purchased a 14k gold bracelet with turquoise enamel evil eyes as a Christmas gift for my daughter. Two months later the enamel has completely worn off. Bayan Jewelry will not exchange it, as it's beyond their 30 day return policy. A $300 bracelet should last more than two months and this company should back its product.

Horrible Quality Products, Should Stay Away! I purchased a cuban 14K white gold chain for my boyfriend for Christmas from Bayama which broke in 6 months. I contacted Bayama and after days and days trying to get them to respond, I got an email asking me to pay them $30 for fixing it and for shipping back and forth. I was absolutely stunned and took it to another local jeweler to get fixed. The problem of that chain as I was told is that it is poor quality and hollow. Today, now twice in 1 year, it broke again in a different spot. Do not waste your money!
