I was never refunded and when I inquired about the chain they said they had never received it. However, I have an email from months ago saying that they received it, as well as confirmation from the shipper that it was received. They continue to play email tag..

Horrible Quality Products, Should Stay Away! I purchased a cuban 14K white gold chain for my boyfriend for Christmas from Bayama which broke in 6 months. I contacted Bayama and after days and days trying to get them to respond, I got an email asking me to pay them $30 for fixing it and for shipping back and forth. I was absolutely stunned and took it to another local jeweler to get fixed. The problem of that chain as I was told is that it is poor quality and hollow. Today, now twice in 1 year, it broke again in a different spot. Do not waste your money!
