Worst Service, worst customer care I placed an order few months ago but the order didn't arrive, so after taking 1 month for them to reply to my email, they said they will send me a replacement which didn't arrive either. I tried to sending a couple of emails to them for past 2 months but no reply. So, I contacted them on insta which took them a day to reply, and they said they'll send another replacement which I said no to because I was tired of waiting and lost interest. So, I requested a refund which they kept on airing me on Instagram. They are airing each and every message from me on Instagram. Worst service, worst customer care, bad at everything. Suck company Ordered 4 sun glasses from them and they shipped me 3 sun glasses I was trying to get help by email them all they answered was what is your order number then they disappeared for a few weeks after they sent me an email refunding my missing sun glasses like what? Without my permission I paid for FedEx scam customer service 50$ I’m not gonna let that money slide.

Worst glasses I've ever had the screws… Worst glasses I've ever had the screws stripped from the frame causing them to widen and fall off constantly. Customer service is the worst I asked them for some replacement screws or a new frame and no response after lots of emails

This customer service is atrocious This customer service is atrocious. I ordered my glasses in August of 2020. It’s January 2021 and I have yet to get them. I’ve received countless emails of them telling me they’d be coming and be sent, and yet, nothing has arrived. I’ve emailed them recently requesting my money back and to cancel my order and they’re not responding. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

The fact you are asking me to give a… CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE.. Like this is my first time buying your product and i can say it won't be happening AGAIN and won't be encouraging anyone i know to shop with your brand. Your customer service is nonexistent, so that is my review and please get someone to get back to me with either a refund or i may have to call my bank to do a rollback transaction. thanks
