QAWorst Service, worst customer care I placed an order few months ago but the order didn't arrive, so after taking 1 month for them to reply to my email, they said they will send me a replacement which didn't arrive either. I tried to sending a couple of emails to them for past 2 months but no reply. So, I contacted them on insta which took them a day to reply, and they said they'll send another replacement which I said no to because I was tired of waiting and lost interest. So, I requested a refund which they kept on airing me on Instagram. They are airing each and every message from me on Instagram. Worst service, worst customer care, bad at everything. GBAbsolutely terrible company and… Absolutely terrible company and experience. Ordered once, glasses broke. Ordered another time and they didn’t ship after a month and then got refunded. Don’t waste your money on this terrible company with false promises. The reviews prove this as a fact. When a company has almost 50% bad reviews dont waste your time.

GBTitle: Warning: Scam Alert for Online Purchases This website is a scam; do not purchase. I bought two glasses from it in November, and they have taken my money but not sent the product. I've emailed them several times. As I am based in the UK, I tried to contact the phone number on their website, which does not work. Do not buy anything from this website; they will take your money and not send you the product. Avoid at all costs if you do not want to be ripped off and out of pocket.

GBTerrible customer service!! I returned the sunglasses because they didn't fit me, There was nothing wrong with them. Sent an email asking about the return and refund process, they reply to my email 5 days later telling me to ship the glasses first, then they will refund the money. I shipped back the glasses on 01/23, USPS delivered the package on 01/24 its been 3 weeks and no refund, I have sent multiple emails asking for a status, no answers, nobody replies my emails, so now I have no sunglasses, my credit card charged and NO answers from Jade Black.

GBJade Black stinks - Thief… Placed an order on 2/1 and it took nearly two weeks to hear anything from the company. Despite repeated emails, only received one reply asking me to be patient as they are experiencing issues with their system. Never received an expected date. Phone number disconnected. Horrible experience. STAY AWAY
