GBAbsolutely appalling customer service! Absolutely appalling customer service!! Item returned more than 4 weeks ago, tracking information sent but no-one from customer service will answer my query! Head office stated will respond within 3 days its now 5 days and no response!! 2 items in 2 weeks returned as faulty!! Wrong sizes sent out, wrong items sent out then can’t get what you originally ordered, company has just gone down hill!!!!!

GBItem went missing I ordered an item over a week ago, when I checked tracking updates it said "exception- item stolen." Given how expensive this brand is, they should a) have a warehouse in the UK instead of shipping internationally (terrible for climate change as well.) And b) Not use such awful carriers where items can be STOLEN from depot's that should be safe and secure. The carrier didn't even contact me themselves, nor did Free People. We will see if I actually get my refund, I am very sceptical looking at reviews here

GBRefunds I have to say that I will give Free People 5 stars I ordered 4 items and was charged for 7 I sent quite a few e mails and it seemed the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand was doing. However after calling their help line the money was refunded within 2 days. I suggest calling if anyone needs help with a refund.

GBDue to a warehouse error I received an… Due to a warehouse error I received an incorrect item twice. Customer service were extremely patient and helpful while they got to grips with what had happened. I really cannot fault them with the time and effort they took to correct the error. Very happy customer, thank you.

GBAppalling in every way… Absolutely appalling service and WILL NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK DESPITE TELLING ME THEY HAVE RECEIVED MY RETURN - I got an email saying refund in 3-5 days. I’ve emailed and called and no help whatsoever. A really unethical company and I RECOMMEND DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS
