GBCute cardigan! Runs a bit small I love the design and material of the fabric, it’s super soft and super cute! But, as a plus sized person, it is a bit disappointing that the fabric seems to be a bit tight. It does hug my body a bit, but I still love wearing it! I’d recommend ordering a size or two up from your typical size if you like a baggier fit.

GBNice variety but customer service might ghost you. They have a variety of items and they seem to have things in stock pretty regularly. Prices fluctuate often and things go up and "on sale" pretty often. So it's sometimes better to get items earlier when they are a little cheaper. I got my order in perfect condition and all the extras/freebies included. However my order took longer than their listed estimated shipping to arrive and EverythingCuteClub customer service stopped responding after a certain point. They don't send any e-mails if there are shipping delays on their end. You have to check their website since they will only post it there. Also, since their Customer Service may ignore you if you ask too many questions, use your credit card or PayPal so you have a way to protect yourself when they refuse to respond to a legitimate request/questions about your order. I would not order from this site again even if this was the only site that had what I wanted available. May 2021 Edit: Since ECC responded I wanted to clarify what legitimate questions mean. My questions were not covered in the FAQ or in any on-site popups that only explained any issues or delays the company was facing. When asking the questions, not covered in those locations, I received the generic canned response that referenced their FAQ and the info on the main page. I know that is standard for most sites but even when I replied that the auto-responder/canned response didn't cover my question I still received canned 'look at the FAQ response' and then radio silence.

GBI ordered a case but it took 3 months… I ordered a case but it took 3 months to get to me and when it did it was the wrong size, they told me they will send me another one but it’s been a month and a half and no updates so I requested a refund and they left me on seen. I messaged again and just sent me the money. No apology or anything. Honestly the case was cute, I loved it but if you want to risk the wrong item and or loooong wait, go ahead and order

NLFirst order , long shipping, happy with my Jirai Set. I placed my first order on September 23. They didn't ship it until November 6. I received it on November 18. I live in The Netherlands. I was worried at first because its my first time buying there. I had submitted a paypal dispute, but I had withdrawn it when I received a message from them that they would send a tracking code at the end of the week. And they did. That was sure promising. The customer service answered all my messages on their chat and via email. That was certainly great. Only the shipping days don't match what they say. It did take a bit longer then 10 to 20 days~ . I think because they had to order it from the relevant store. I sent it with USPS and that worked out fine. Overall i am happy with my Jirai set by the brand Kitten Bxllet. I will only suggest buying at Everything Cute Club if you don't mind waiting a long time for your order to be shipped and delivered.

FRThey never sent the dress I ordered They never sent the dress I ordered. They only send automatic answers when you write. I ask my bank to help me with this problem and they solved it afer 2 months. I received all the money back. Don’t order in this shop!!!
