5 months and waiting........ Placed my order back in March hoping to receive the tops and dress by April for my daughter's birthday. Wow was I wrong! It's now August, 5 months since i placed my order and I have nothing to show for it. Still waiting..........on communication, on a response, on anything to be honest! Initially I was told that the tops I ordered were on back order and would I like to hold everything until the full order was filled....stupid me said yes, although I'm not sure it would have resulted in anything different had I said no anyway! I can not get a response from them at all.....and I just want my money back please. Disgusting (lack of) service to take people's money and ghost us in return.

Nice variety but customer service might ghost you. They have a variety of items and they seem to have things in stock pretty regularly. Prices fluctuate often and things go up and "on sale" pretty often. So it's sometimes better to get items earlier when they are a little cheaper. I got my order in perfect condition and all the extras/freebies included. However my order took longer than their listed estimated shipping to arrive and EverythingCuteClub customer service stopped responding after a certain point. They don't send any e-mails if there are shipping delays on their end. You have to check their website since they will only post it there. Also, since their Customer Service may ignore you if you ask too many questions, use your credit card or PayPal so you have a way to protect yourself when they refuse to respond to a legitimate request/questions about your order. I would not order from this site again even if this was the only site that had what I wanted available. May 2021 Edit: Since ECC responded I wanted to clarify what legitimate questions mean. My questions were not covered in the FAQ or in any on-site popups that only explained any issues or delays the company was facing. When asking the questions, not covered in those locations, I received the generic canned response that referenced their FAQ and the info on the main page. I know that is standard for most sites but even when I replied that the auto-responder/canned response didn't cover my question I still received canned 'look at the FAQ response' and then radio silence.

Extremely Slow, Customer Service Will Ghost You Ordered a messenger bag in May 12th, did not receive it until today, September 19th. Had I not filled a dispute with my credit card company last week, I'm sure I would've never gotten it. I sent various emails to their contact page and used their built-in chat a month (June), then two months after ordering it (July), nothing came of it, never received a tracking number UNTIL I filled the charge dispute. If you *must* order something from them, make sure you do it through PayPal or, even better, a major credit card company like American Express or Capital One. That's the only way you're guaranteed to get your item, or your money back. Two stars because I *did* end up receiving my item, but minus three stars because poor communication, lack of transparency, and contemptible business practices (sends out the item only after a major credit card company is involved). EDIT (9/20/22): Since they replied, I'll state this took longer than their stated 90 days—it took 4 months, so approximately 120 days. That would've been fine with communication, but there was none. They had no problems sending me emails with the tracking number and a confirmation of delivery this week, however.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK >:((( I was very excited to buy clothes from this company so I ordered three sets of clothes! I got my first package without a hitch but it’s been 9 MONTHS and I still have NOT Received my other two orders!!! I’ve reached out through BOTH TEXT AND EMAIL and have been either been ghosted or sent to an automated message. I am NOT very happy and I wish they’d at LEAST give me a refund for the outfits I did NOT receive! The clothes may be cute but I will NOT be buying here again.

Never received product & wont answer my emails to customer “help” I have sent them several emails & FB messenger & nobody has responded. Nothing for 2 weeks now. SCAM
