GBTop notch customer service!!! I inquired about my order and was pleasantly surprised by the immediate response and going out of the way to have the bag ship before my next trip. I'm super excited that the new luggage is on its way thanks to Barracuda and will send a follow up review on the bag itself. Thanks again for the responsiveness Barracuda!! GBAs promised! I am very happy with my Barracuda! It meets almost all of my expectations. The tracking unit could have been explained better before placing an order. Learning the limitations, I may rely on another product. Otherwise it is beautiful. I do hope it will hold up with extended use.

GBReally disappointing bag with too many issues I received this as a gift and knew about the company from its Kickstarter days. I wanted to like the luggage, but it is a really big disappointment. Here are primary issues: 1. The bag just doesn't have much usable space - the large handle and battery pack both take a lot of space up inside. The bag fits considerably less than my other 2 rollaboards. 2. The tray is useless - first, it is way too difficult to unzip and get out of the handle and once you do, it is so small, I could not imagine actually putting a laptop on it. Total gimmick. 3. Overall cheap build that makes me wonder how long it will last., Zippers, interior clasps, handle... The idea of "smart luggage" is interesting, but save your money and go get something else. You can get a good quality bag for half this cost and add on a portable battery - you will have the same functionality with more space and better longevity.

GBWanted to love it but didn't Wanted to love it- after all, it has a battery charger and laptop tray- perfect! But, the frills mean nothing if it isn't constructed well. Handle wouldn't go down first trip out. Second trip out, the zipper broke. Not worth the money at this point until they fix the table stakes items for frequent travelers. Customer service was poor- submitted request and never got a response. No number to call - only email. I would say go above and beyond if you want raving fans. We realize that it's a start up but then work to fix the problems.

GBTHE WORST OF THE WORSTP Bought the case. Really a piece of junk. To return one needs a return authorisation. I’ve answered the same questions 3X. Totally unprofessional and annoying. DO NOT DO BUSINESS. THEY SUCK
