Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. Will not reply after 4 emails to try and get zipper fixed. 3 weeks and counting. Bags will break, it is my expectations that someone has customer service to facilitate their 5 year warranty.

Top notch customer service!!! I inquired about my order and was pleasantly surprised by the immediate response and going out of the way to have the bag ship before my next trip. I took a while It's been too Long from initial to delivery but you handled it well. I think you should have drsigned the computer stand more sturdily - maybe in metal as opposed to plastic. I am sure they will break shortly. Ideas excellent, and we're way ahead of their time - but by the time you came to market there are many well known and respected luggage manufacturers delivering 80% of what you promised but with vast distribution channels - making it hard for you to compete. Not as good as expected 1. Overall too heavy 2. Zipper is not very smooth. 3. Bag tilts forward when fully loaded 4. Zipper design of the handle is poor. Difficult to re-zip. Look cheap too. 5. Difficult to unlock the round handle to change angle.

Beautifully Innovative I love my Barracuda! I've already used it to Florida. The swivel handle is comfortable and easy to twist while walking. The pull out tray is my favorite feature. Waiting at the gate, I am constantly on my laptop- social media, watching movies, planning itineraries, etc. and having it propped up instead of on my lap takes stress of my neck and shoulders, and weight and heat off my legs. I like standing out with a style that is unique- the blue color really pops, and the design is sleek and unique.
