Ordered 3 Credit Card holders as Christmas gifts on 11/29, have yet to receive yet my CC was charged immediately. Customer service no help. Can you speak or conveys in Chinese? 1st mistake

Love these bags! I purchased a beautiful bag recently from this collection. The first event I wore it to I got wonderful compliments. The bag is well made and looks like much more expensive purses. It gas amply room for every day needs. I had so much trouble choosing which one I wanted, a month later I bought a second bag that is also gorgeous. Lots of details pretty details. Just big enough for essentials without letting me overload!

Beautiful Beautiful, well made purse. This is my second one from Dolorey. The compliments just roll in. Delivery was in a reasonable time frame and communication on progress was good. Don't hesitate on this one.
