Vintage Genuine Leather Lady Handbag Red My first purchase from Dolorey. Shipping was a bit slow. The handbag though is lovely and appears to be well crafted. However, that said, it does not appear to be real leather and the pattern is embossed and not hand carved as it appears in the photos. I will keep and carry the handbag and see how well it wears before making my final judgement...

I love your products and decided to buy… I love your products and decided to buy a purse for my wife's birthday. However, I am very frustrated that I have no way to follow up on my order or communicate/ contact you company. Who runs a business but provides no way to customers to contact them. I have read other reviews and am concerned that some customers waited months to receive their purchases. Please provide some information as to how to contact you. Thank you.

After a month After a month, I have no product, a tracking number that says there's no record, and customer service telling me the same tracking number and my order has been sent. My first and last order. No way I'd take the chance again. Edit: It is now a month and a half later; still invalid tracking number and customer service no longer responds.

Rave Review!! I received my totem tote sized bag yesterday. I LOVE it!!! It’s big enough to carry everything, including my 11” iPad. It it’s so so so nice, I am planning to order another in the smaller size as well. I’m torn though, should I buy the exact same one, or choose a different style, or color! Or perhaps just buy another two!!! I recommend this company highly. The bag was delivered wrapped beautifully, and they included a free gift of a bracelet and necklace. Both are lovely!!

Still waiting for order to ship My mom has been wanting this particular purchase for the longest so I decided to order for a gift. Per the website it states there’s a 1-3 business day processing timeframe... I ordered item over 7 business days ago and even paid express shipping of $25 yet no reply to my email from customer service. However, on this 7th business day I sent a message via IG and received a standard reply but no information directly related to my order was provided so I’m not sure what’s really happening with my purchase or when I should receive it. If it ships within the next two day and there’s no issues upon arrival I’ll be glad to revise my review.
