No Xmas gifts for family this year..order never received. 1st order was great...beautiful handbag and many compliments and received within 2 wks of ordering. Ordered 3 Credit Card holders as Christmas gifts on 11/29, have yet to receive yet my CC was charged immediately. Customer service no help. Can you speak or conveys in Chinese? 1st mistake

I received by bag very late, measurements wrong I received by bag very late. I was so disappointed my order states that the bag was large in size, however this is more on the medium small bag, measurements are not correct. I have tried to contact by email more then once to there customer service as stated to do. I have never gotten a response, im sure they will let the 14 days for returns go by. I paid good money for this small bag. Basically they will make sure not to respond, so you cannot return or refund.

Money taken ~ no bags delivered I have two bags ordered on August 13 The money for bags was immediately deducted from my account when I placed my order. I have not received either bag. There is nothing showing when I try to track the order. I sent a inquiry through the ‘shop’ app asking for a status update and did not receive a response.

Vintage Genuine Leather Lady Handbag Red My first purchase from Dolorey. Shipping was a bit slow. The handbag though is lovely and appears to be well crafted. However, that said, it does not appear to be real leather and the pattern is embossed and not hand carved as it appears in the photos. I will keep and carry the handbag and see how well it wears before making my final judgement...

Still waiting for order to ship My mom has been wanting this particular purchase for the longest so I decided to order for a gift. Per the website it states there’s a 1-3 business day processing timeframe... I ordered item over 7 business days ago and even paid express shipping of $25 yet no reply to my email from customer service. However, on this 7th business day I sent a message via IG and received a standard reply but no information directly related to my order was provided so I’m not sure what’s really happening with my purchase or when I should receive it. If it ships within the next two day and there’s no issues upon arrival I’ll be glad to revise my review.
