Rave Review!! I received my totem tote sized bag yesterday. I LOVE it!!! It’s big enough to carry everything, including my 11” iPad. It it’s so so so nice, I am planning to order another in the smaller size as well. I’m torn though, should I buy the exact same one, or choose a different style, or color! Or perhaps just buy another two!!! I recommend this company highly. The bag was delivered wrapped beautifully, and they included a free gift of a bracelet and necklace. Both are lovely!!

Not impressed I received the bag as a gift. Within a week one shoulder strap began to tear. A seam on the inside pocket also tore. Notified company and a new bag was received. This from a better manufacture, per Dolorey. After 4 weeks of using the new bag one shoulder strap has torn, almost completely through. I reached out to Dolorey, with pictures and after 2 weeks have yet to receive a response. I am NOT impressed and will NOT recommend Dolorey bags.

After a month After a month, I have no product, a tracking number that says there's no record, and customer service telling me the same tracking number and my order has been sent. My first and last order. No way I'd take the chance again. Edit: It is now a month and a half later; still invalid tracking number and customer service no longer responds.

No Xmas gifts for family this year..order never received. 1st order was great...beautiful handbag and many compliments and received within 2 wks of ordering. Ordered 3 Credit Card holders as Christmas gifts on 11/29, have yet to receive yet my CC was charged immediately. Customer service no help. Can you speak or conveys in Chinese? 1st mistake

I love your products and decided to buy… I love your products and decided to buy a purse for my wife's birthday. However, I am very frustrated that I have no way to follow up on my order or communicate/ contact you company. Who runs a business but provides no way to customers to contact them. I have read other reviews and am concerned that some customers waited months to receive their purchases. Please provide some information as to how to contact you. Thank you.
